As a supporter of the United Nations Global Compact we support and respect the Ten Principles on human rights, environment, labor, and anti-corruption, and we reflect these principles throughout our policies and practices. We bring this commitment to life through our Values, our Code of Professional Conduct, and our policies and practices related to the environment, our supply chain, our people, and our professional standards.

Address privacy challenges

We recently launched CLARITY by WDigital, our Data Protection and Privacy Analytics and Insights platform, allowing our clients to have a single view of their Data Protection & Privacy maturity. Our goal is to weave privacy protection throughout all of our client engagements. By incorporating CLAIRTY – we help clients achieve their privacy goals while improving end customer trust and regulatory compliance maturity. It’s just one more way we help create positive, enduring change in the world.

Paid volunteering leave

At WDigital we provide paid volunteer leave for our staff to spend time supporting their community. Furthermore we donate $25 per hour to the eligible organizations our employees serve (inclusive of donation matching).
